Weight Management

Weight Management

Here’s my philosophy on weight loss: whatever you do to lose weight, you have to be willing to do to keep it off. So what does that mean? It means I try to make sure to pair a weight loss strategy to your goals, but more importantly, to your personality. What works for one person is not necessarily going to work for another – you have different skills, needs, habits and obstacles.

It also means that I don’t believe in the “do whatever it takes to lose it” style of weight loss, because let’s face it – the problem for most people isn’t losing it, it’s keeping it off. Not to mention, every time you regain the weight, you make it harder to lose next time. So I want to help you:

  • find a weight loss plan that fits your life (so you can stick to it)
  • make sure you keep the weight off
  • all while not sacrificing your overall health (we don’t want you skinny, but with terrible skin and hair that’s falling out!)

So how do we do this? Well, the first step is we need to design you a diet plan that works for your needs. I also include menu plans, based on the food that you like best. Because even though you will definitely have to make changes to your life in order to change your size, we want to make sure that the plan accommodates YOU and your life as much as possible.
