The thing I hear most about nutrition is how frustrated people are with the information they receive: one week, this food is being touted as the king of nutrition, the next week, you find out that it is a masked murdering ninja that will destroy your liver (okay, that is an exaggeration, but you get my point).
There is a lot of details that get people tripped up, that prevent people from making changes. And I think that is sad. Because good nutrition is so within everyone’s reach. And I would love to help you reach for it.
I am not about perfection. I am about small changes that make big differences. I love research, and I love food. I want to help you love food, without all of the shame, or stress, or worry, too.
